About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an IT Support Specialist for second-level technical support. Our client operates multiple locations and subsidiaries, requiring strong technical expertise to maintain their client infrastructure and deliver exceptional service to end users.

Location: Munich
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position
Language Requirements: German and English (both at professional proficiency)

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support to employees across the main office and connected branch locations
• Ensure smooth operation of client infrastructure through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime
• Process service requests independently and develop sustainable solutions within the client environment
• Serve as a knowledgeable contact for complex IT problems, maintaining high service quality standards
• Contribute to the optimization of operational IT processes and support workflows

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration, Digital Management Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT system administration, IT support, service desk operations, or related technical roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, client environments, and hardware
• Experience with software distribution tools (such as Matrix42 Empirum), ticketing systems, and remote support solutions
• Structured and methodical working style with a strong service-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
