About This Role

We are representing a confidential public sector organization in Munich seeking a Vergabemanager (m/w/d) for public procurement. In this position, you will manage national and European-wide tender and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with current public procurement law.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and EU-wide tender and procurement procedures in compliance with current procurement regulations
• Advise internal departments on procurement processes, appropriate procurement types, and required procedural documentation
• Prepare public notices, conduct bid openings, and perform formal bid evaluations including documentation
• Coordinate deadlines, conduct bidder communications and negotiations, and ensure smooth procurement processes
• Prepare procurement recommendations and support commercial and formal evaluation of incoming bids

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business administration, architecture, civil engineering, business law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in public procurement, particularly with construction, supply, or service contracts
• Strong knowledge of GWB, VOB/A, VOL/A, VgV, UVgO, and ideally HOAI and bid calculations
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and structured, independent working style
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and digital procurement platforms
• Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• German language fluency required for legal compliance work
