About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Munich seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Simulation Systems. Our client is a market leader in safety-critical systems development, offering stability and meaningful work on complex technical projects with national and international scope.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for national and international development projects, managing quality, schedules, budget, and performance
• Lead complex technical projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams across development, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners
• Oversee project planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and preparation of technical and commercial project reports
• Serve as the central interface to customers and stakeholders, conducting negotiations and managing changes within contract and claim management frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and support project teams through professional leadership and strategic guidance

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience leading complex technical projects, ideally in simulation, systems development, or safety-critical technologies
• Strong knowledge of classical and agile project management methodologies such as V-Model, Scrum, or comparable frameworks; relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency with SAP, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
• Strong technical and business acumen
• Leadership competence and excellent communication skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
• High willingness to travel internationally
