Technischer Property Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization in Munich seeking a Technical Property Manager. In this role, you will oversee and maintain residential and commercial properties during ongoing operations. You will conduct regular property inspections, assess maintenance needs, and support long-term planning for facility improvements.

Your responsibilities include managing repairs, renovations, and damage cases while coordinating external service providers and contractors. You will ensure compliance with statutory inspection requirements and accompany technical projects such as conversions and modernizations. Documentation of measures, maintenance schedule management, and close collaboration with internal departments round out your duties.

What We're Looking For

• Technical education or degree such as building technician, master craftsman, civil engineer, or facility management, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in technical building management or property maintenance
• Knowledge of relevant regulations including VOB, DIN standards, and operator responsibility
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style with strong team collaboration skills
• Very good MS Office skills, ideally SAP experience
• Valid Class B driver's license
