Kreditorenbuchhalter SAP (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking a Kreditorenbuchhalter SAP (m/w/d). In this role, you will:

• Review, capture, and post incoming invoices in SAP
• Create debit notes, internal charges, and payment runs for national and international suppliers
• Review travel expense reports while observing payment terms and early payment discounts
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable master data, ensuring high data quality
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings through account reconciliations and posting of accruals

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed commercial training such as Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d), Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d), or Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
• Strong proficiency with SAP in the finance module
• Structured and reliable working style with strong numerical aptitude
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
