Auftragskoordinator Produktionsplanung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in Munich that needs an experienced production planning coordinator. In this role, you will create and manage cross-site production plans and capacity schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery deadlines and resource availability.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Reviewing customer orders for feasibility and managing order entry in the ERP system
• Monitoring manufacturing resources and production workflows across multiple locations
• Optimizing inventory levels, disposition parameters, and stocking concepts for both in-house production and externally sourced components
• Coordinating requirement dates, change processes, and customer complaints in close collaboration with production, purchasing, logistics, and work preparation teams
• Analyzing capacity risks, creating forecasts, and supporting continuous improvement of planning and control processes

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a production planner, manufacturing planner, work preparation specialist, or production controller
• Strong knowledge of order planning, production control, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication abilities in German
