Personalreferent HR Administration & Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a client in Munich seeking an HR Administrator with expertise in temporary staffing and employee administration. In this role, you will:

• Manage HR administrative processes across the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
• Support individual personnel measures, prepare employment documentation, and collaborate with management, works council, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee temporary worker placement (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and additional administrative HR functions
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters and coordinate various personnel initiatives
• Contribute to HR projects and support continuous improvement of administrative processes

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement with HR certification, or equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience as an HR Referent, HR Specialist, Personnel Administrator, or HR Generalist, particularly in temporary staffing and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining agreements, social security law, works council regulations, and temporary employment legislation
• Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Office, plus experience in contract and personnel management
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, discretion, and a structured, independent working style
• German language fluency required for this position
