Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to join their team at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will:

• Manage HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring through exit
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Draft employment contracts and other personnel documentation
• Maintain employee master data and digital personnel files
• Support organizational changes and assist with employment law matters
• Prepare certificates, references, and other HR documents
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Process applications for training and professional development programs
• Handle general HR administration while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial or HR-focused qualification with relevant additional certification, or comparable qualification with several years of HR experience
• Ideally, proven experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining, social insurance, and works council regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High degree of reliability and attention to detail
• Fluent German language skills (negotiation-level)
