Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in Munich seeking a Building Services Project Engineer. In this role, you will support project leadership in planning and delivering technical building systems projects across heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and supply infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting project managers with planning and successful implementation of building services engineering projects
• Developing client-specific and property-specific technical solutions for building systems
• Preparing detailed technical planning documentation and deliverables
• Advising clients on technical matters and presenting your planning solutions clearly
• Ensuring high quality of engineering planning services and maintaining timely completion of tasks
• Supporting project leadership with processing and coordination of contract amendments

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or Building Energy Technology. Alternatively, a qualification as a certified technician or master craftsman with relevant professional experience is valued.

Required qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a building services project engineer, technical planner, or supply systems technician
• Practical knowledge of technical building systems and experience in planning building engineering projects
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
• Structured and reliable working style with strong adherence to deadlines
• High quality awareness and independent working approach
• Ability to communicate technical planning results clearly to clients
• German language proficiency required for client interaction

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Munich with flexible working hours and partial remote work options.
