Implementation Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI-powered recruiting technology company in their search for an Implementation Specialist based in London. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs someone to own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature through to full product adoption.

This is a brand new role with significant opportunity to shape how implementation is done as the function scales. You'll work directly with strategic accounts, configuring AI agents, running training sessions, and ensuring every user achieves productivity quickly. It's one of the most hands-on positions for understanding how AI gets adopted inside businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementations for strategic customer accounts, driving setup processes and maintaining clear communication on project timelines and next steps
• Configure the platform for each customer, including prompt engineering, building custom templates, and connecting integrations with ATS and other systems
• Deliver end-user training sessions, hiring manager onboarding, and create custom video tutorials to drive adoption
• Monitor user adoption metrics, identify teams or individuals who need additional support, and proactively re-engage with targeted training or configuration adjustments
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding period, escalating to other teams when appropriate
• Document processes and create reusable assets to streamline future implementations

What We're Looking For

• A few years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services at a B2B SaaS company with complex, multi-module products
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple implementations simultaneously, each with different stakeholders and milestones
• Product fluency and comfort working with technical details including configuration, integrations, data, and prompts
• Experience using AI tools in your own work; familiarity with the client's platform is a plus but not required
• Proven ability to train users on complex products, adapt presentations based on audience engagement, and drive sustained behavior change
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail and the ability to tailor implementations to individual customer needs
• Systems thinking mindset that naturally transforms one-off solutions into repeatable processes
• Background in recruitment operations is valuable but not essential
