About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-funded computer vision and machine learning platform serving over a million developers worldwide, including many Fortune 100 companies. Our client's technology is used across diverse industries—from healthcare and manufacturing to construction and environmental conservation.
We're seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their growing team in a customer-facing technical role. You'll partner with sales and solutions teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI-powered solutions, working directly with engineering customers to integrate computer vision capabilities into their products.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage project delivery of customized solutions to enterprise customers
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and customer education
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey
- Create technical content demonstrating best practices (sample applications, documentation, videos)
- Work with sales and product teams to develop implementation strategies and customer roadmaps
- Partner with customers to perform image data analysis, answering business questions and identifying computer vision opportunities
- Test and validate new product features with customer value creation in mind
- Contribute to a repository of reusable artifacts to accelerate customer success
- Improve processes, documentation, and overall customer experience
- Assist with customer onboarding, support, adoption, and engineering efforts
What We're Looking For
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-facing instincts
- Background in computer science or related field
- Technical experience in field roles partnering with enterprise customers in post-sales delivery and implementation
- Experience utilizing and writing customized Python notebooks as part of the machine learning development lifecycle
- Familiarity with data processing and computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach and ability to think on your feet
- Proven project management experience related to delivery timelines and commitments
- Strong knowledge of APIs
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
- Enthusiastic technical generalist who loves sharing work with others

Pay
The target on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000-$200,000. Our client offers generous benefits including health insurance coverage, equity, travel stipends, productivity allowances, and remote work flexibility. The position is distributed across the USA with optional hub locations available.
