Account Executive I – Service Provider – Nordics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for an Account Executive to focus on service provider partnerships across the Nordics region. This is a quota-carrying sales role for a hunter who excels at building trusted relationships with managed service providers and guiding them through value-based sales cycles.

Our talent team is looking for a candidate with full-cycle sales experience who can independently source opportunities, position technical solutions effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally to win net-new business.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by qualifying and closing new MSP partnerships in the Nordics region
• Source and develop new prospects while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
• Maintain current knowledge of competitor offerings and market positioning
• Translate client feedback into actionable strategies that support business development and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with sales engineering, operations, product, and account management teams to ensure smooth implementation and account growth
• Maintain accurate daily activity, forecast, and opportunity records in CRM systems
• Leverage AI tools for prospecting, research, meeting preparation, and workflow optimization while applying sound judgment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in strategic sales roles
• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software or technology company
• Proven track record of driving revenue and creating new business relationships
• Experience selling into the Nordics region (required)
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales activity tracking
• Ability to work independently while maintaining responsiveness and organization as priorities shift
• Excellent presentation, active listening, and critical-thinking skills
• Growth mindset and collaborative approach to team knowledge sharing
• Thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Ability to travel up to 10% for client meetings and events
• Cybersecurity or cybersecurity sales experience is helpful but not required

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €57,000 base with on-target earnings at €114,000 plus equity

This is a fully remote position based in Ireland. Benefits through the client include home office setup allowance, generous leave entitlements, monthly digital reimbursement, pension, professional development resources, and occasional travel to company events.
