Senior Sales Manager:in Brand & Performance Advertising (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social platform client seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Brand & Performance Advertising in Berlin. This role drives revenue growth by bringing major brands into a highly engaged digital community environment.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close:

• Build your own pipeline: Use cold outreach and independent lead research—supported by internal AI tools—to identify brands that align with the platform's hyper-local and national reach
• Close enterprise deals: Win commitments from major brands and media agencies at decision-maker level, managing relationships from first contact through signed contract
• Scale strategically: Move beyond standard packages to structure larger budgets, cross-media concepts, and add-ons that deliver sustainable impact
• Act as creative partner: Proactively develop innovative campaign approaches that maximize client visibility and effectiveness on the platform
• Mentor the team: Share your sales expertise, elevate team ambition, and help the unit grow collectively

What We're Looking For

• 4–5+ years in media or ad sales, ideally focused on branding or platform campaigns
• Proven track record of winning major brand clients and establishing significant revenue streams
• Hunter mentality: You thrive on cold outreach, view obstacles as opportunities, and work relentlessly toward targets
• Active network in the agency and brand world that you can activate immediately
• Strategic mindset: You think big, challenge standard approaches, and find ways to elevate deal size and campaign impact
• Self-organized work style with genuine entrepreneurial spirit
• German fluency required for this Berlin-based role
