What You'll Do

• In the initial phase: Schedule client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
• Process learning: Learn conversation guidelines, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
• Performance optimization: Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.
• In the further course of work: Support analysis of client situations and prepare consulting documents in a structured manner.
• Client contact: Accompany conversations (depending on stage), take follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
• Dokumentation & organization: Maintain processes cleanly, document consistently, and secure reliability.
• Teamwork: Work closely with a strong team and assume responsibility for your task packages.

Requirements

Very good German language skills (C1+) are required as the training, team communication, and perspective towards IHK will take place entirely in German. You should be studying and looking for more than just a side job. A willingness to take on responsibility, clear goals, and an environment where performance matters is essential.
