We are representing a confidential property management organization in München that is seeking a working student or part-time real estate professional to focus on residential leasing. Responsibilities

• Coordinate property marketing activities including scheduling photography, preparing listings, and publishing advertisements across rental platforms
• Manage prospect inquiries: screen applicants, coordinate viewing appointments, conduct property showings, and follow up with interested parties
• Support tenant selection by reviewing application documents, checking financial qualifications, and providing candidate assessments to senior team members
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections: prepare protocols, record utility readings, document property condition, and handle key transfers
• Maintain accurate records in the client's proprietary management system, ensuring all contacts, appointments, and status updates are current
• Provide administrative support to senior brokers including preparing appointment materials, compiling property documentation, and handling correspondence
• Perform back-office tasks such as maintaining master data, digitizing documents, and documenting internal processes

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable approaching people and leading group property viewings with multiple prospective tenants
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously
• Reliable work ethic—missed appointments directly impact client relationships and tenant placement success
• Proactive communication style: asks questions rather than guessing, both with clients and internally
• Currently enrolled as a student or seeking part-time employment (academic discipline is flexible; commercial or real estate interest is helpful)
• Quick learner with technology and digital tools
• Developing or demonstrated ability to assess people and situations beyond surface-level qualifications
• No prior real estate experience required—training will be provided from the start
• German language proficiency required for client interactions in München
