HTP Analytical QC Associate Scientist

GenScript ProBio is hiring an HTP Analytical QC Associate Scientist in Piscataway, Middlesex County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a leading global biotechnology organization as part of our analytical quality control team.

About the Role

As an HTP Analytical QC Associate Scientist at GenScript ProBio, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our biotechnology products. Working within our analytical quality control division, you'll support high-throughput testing and validation processes that are essential to our operations and our commitment to excellence in the biopharmaceutical industry.

What You'll Do

• Perform analytical testing and quality control analyses using advanced laboratory instruments and methodologies
• Execute high-throughput screening and validation protocols to assess product quality and specifications
• Document test procedures, results, and findings in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues, working collaboratively with team members to implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports summarizing analytical data and conclusions
• Support the development and optimization of analytical methods and QC processes
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements in all laboratory work

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline
• Familiarity with analytical instruments, laboratory techniques, and quality control methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in scientific work
• Ability to follow complex protocols and standard operating procedures precisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting results and collaborating with colleagues
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address quality-related challenges
• Organizational skills to manage multiple testing projects and maintain detailed records
