About the Role

In this position you partner with the community management team to ensure the property’s leasing goals are met while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for current and prospective residents. The role is compensated on an hourly basis and includes eligibility for benefits and performance‑based bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Assist the community manager in the day‑to‑day oversight of property operations.
• Lead leasing efforts, including prospect follow‑up, tour coordination, and lease preparation.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns to foster satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing or promotional strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Supervise and mentor leasing associates or administrative staff when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
