As an HR Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the human resources function across a range of core activities. Core Duties

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy
• Process recruitment-related documentation and coordinate with hiring teams
• Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll queries, and employee enquiries
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings between HR personnel and employees
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across all operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR administration or similar operations support role
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
