Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality client in Augsburg, Bayern, operating wood-fired pizza venues. As a Holzofen-Pizzaiolo, you will prepare and bake authentic pizzas in traditional stone ovens, managing fresh dough preparation, ingredient cutting, and sauce mixing from scratch. You will maintain kitchen operations during high-volume service periods, contribute creative ideas for new toppings and special pizza offerings, uphold cleanliness standards, and collaborate effectively within the kitchen team.

• Prior experience as a pizza maker, particularly with wood-fired or stone ovens, is highly valued
