Bcc Hospitality Services Llc is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team in Brickell, Miami-Dade County. In this full-time role, you'll lead our commitment to exceptional guest interactions and memorable experiences at our dynamic hospitality venue.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor guest-facing team members, fostering a culture of attentiveness and professionalism
• Monitor guest interactions and respond promptly to feedback, concerns, and service opportunities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless, consistent guest experiences across all touchpoints
• Manage real-time operations during shifts, problem-solving and making judgment calls that keep guests satisfied
• Identify training gaps and deliver coaching that elevates service standards
• Track guest satisfaction metrics and communicate insights that drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar customer-facing supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you're naturally inclined to listen and connect
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts with professionalism and tact
• Leadership capability and the initiative to guide a team by example
• Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to service excellence
• Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
