GTM Enablement Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded Series A SaaS company in the marketing technology space. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a GTM Enablement Specialist to ensure all customer-facing materials meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design. You'll own the materials, competitive intelligence, and storytelling resources that drive revenue teams forward. Location: Berlin (in-office)

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain branded GTM materials including sales decks, proposals, one-pagers, and templates in collaboration with Design
• Build and manage a case study program: identify customers with CX and Sales, conduct interviews, and develop compelling customer stories
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts: track competitor activities, create actionable resources for live deals, and surface insights to Product and leadership
• Design workflows and automations that accelerate how GTM teams create and access materials, applying AI tools where they genuinely improve outcomes
• Serve as the connection point between Growth, Sales, and CX teams to align priorities and maintain a consistent narrative
• Rapidly translate new product features and market developments into updated materials
• Prioritize requests across multiple teams and build scalable systems to prevent repeated work

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in sales enablement, product marketing, GTM operations, or similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
• Strong aesthetic judgment: you notice misaligned elements, inconsistent fonts, and off-brand design, and can make clean edits in Figma or similar tools
• Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to work faster but recognize when it compromises quality
• Strong product sense with the ability to quickly understand technical products and new markets
• Proven ability to prioritize and think systematically in fast-moving environments where priorities shift weekly
• Experience collaborating across teams with different objectives while maintaining alignment
• Hands-on experience building workflows and automations
• Excellent written English with a concise, clear writing style

• Exposure to SEO, marketing technology, or related fields
• Experience running customer story or case study programs
• Background in competitive intelligence
• Early-stage company experience during rapid scaling
• Fluent German language skills

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €70,000 – €80,000 plus equity
