GTM Associate – Munich

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology company in their search for a GTM Associate based in Munich. Our client is scaling rapidly across Europe and working with leading global organizations to transform how complex professional work gets done.

This is a high-impact, hands-on commercial role at the intersection of sales operations, strategy, and pipeline development. You'll work directly with senior GTM leaders and Account Executives to build enterprise pipelines, support complex deal cycles, and help scale the systems that power growth in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and account research to identify trends, whitespace, and high-impact use cases within target segments
• Support pipeline generation across strategic accounts through targeted inbound and outbound initiatives
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder events and discussion forums to drive thought leadership and commercial engagement
• Support deal execution including procurement processes, information security requests, technical onboarding coordination, and contract negotiations
• Qualify leads, research enterprise accounts, and help prepare outreach strategies for top-tier professional services firms
• Prepare materials, coordinate stakeholders, and assist with proposals and product demonstrations
• Maintain CRM hygiene and sales operations fundamentals to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, funnel health, and GTM performance metrics
• Feed learnings from the field back into GTM playbooks to scale what works

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or a commercial role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders on complex commercial, technical, and strategic topics
• Proactive, low-ego mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving instincts
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• High learning velocity and adaptability in early-stage, fast-moving environments
• Fluency in both English and German—English is the primary working language, while German is essential for local market engagement and relationship management
