The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Group Brand Manager-Versavo to take ownership of brand positioning, strategy, and execution for the Versavo product line. In this role, you will craft compelling brand narratives, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to influence market perception, shape brand identity, and contribute to Dr Reddy's continued success in the competitive pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all marketing channels and touchpoints
• Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and commercial teams to ensure consistent brand representation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
• Oversee brand campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing collateral development
• Monitor brand performance metrics and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement
• Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximise return on investment

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related discipline
• Proven experience in brand management, pharmaceutical marketing, or related marketing roles
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights
• Proficiency in marketing tools, digital platforms, and analytics
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
