About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor at The Benoit Group, you will be the hands-on technical lead responsible for the upkeep and repair of building systems across our English Village, Jefferson County community. This on-site, full-time position combines day-to-day troubleshooting with disciplined preventative care, ensuring that mechanical systems, appliances, and infrastructure stay in reliable working order year-round.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site repairs across HVAC equipment, household appliances, water heaters, and other specialized property systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, and facility systems quickly and accurately.
• Plan and complete scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend the life of equipment.
• Follow standardized diagnostic procedures and consistent inspection routines for every maintenance task.
• Identify recurring problems and address the root cause to maintain a safe, functional living environment.

Qualifications

• Practical, working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and water heater systems.
• Ability to perform basic on-site repairs independently using the appropriate tools.
• Comfort applying structured, repeatable diagnostic methods to troubleshooting and preventative work.
• Reliability and attention to detail when servicing equipment specific to a residential property.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule at the English Village, Jefferson County location (this role is not remote).
