About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager with The Benoit Group, you'll support the full renovation lifecycle while keeping financial and leasing records accurate and compliant. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage every stage of the unit renovation process
• Support turnkey timelines, renovation calendars, and the make-ready status board
• Audit lease files for full compliance with the ARP lease file audit program
• Collect move-in payments and monthly rent on-site
• Carry out evictions, utility shut-offs, and landlord liens when delinquency requires it
• Help keep occupancy and turnover moving smoothly across the property

Qualifications

• Comfortable overseeing renovation workflows from start to finish
• Strong organizational skills for tracking schedules and status boards
• Familiarity with lease file documentation and audit standards
• Experience handling rent collection and resident account matters
• Knowledge of delinquency procedures, including evictions and liens
• Able to work on-site full-time in Houston, Harris County
