Five9 is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help organizations across the US get the most from their cloud contact center investment and turn everyday support into genuine customer delight.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Five9, you will serve as the trusted advisor for the company's largest enterprise accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success on Five9's cloud contact center platform. This is a full-time, US-based position focused on building lasting relationships that drive measurable value for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact at Five9.
- Drive product adoption, retention, and renewal by understanding each client's goals and demonstrating ongoing value.
- Partner with sales, support, and product teams to resolve issues quickly and surface expansion opportunities.
- Lead business reviews, share best practices, and help customers optimize their contact center operations.
- Advocate internally on behalf of customers to influence the roadmap and continuously improve the experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing customer success, account management, or relationship roles within an enterprise or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from frontline users to executives.
- A track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth across complex accounts.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, technology-driven organization.
- Authorization to work in the US for this full-time role.
