Global Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel technology organization in their search for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner focused on go-to-market hiring. Our client operates a B2B marketplace platform connecting transportation providers with major online retailers across 70+ countries. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can drive hiring excellence across business functions in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end for go-to-market roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and close
• Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to refine unclear requirements, challenge profiles that aren't market-realistic, and maintain process integrity under tight timelines
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including passive outreach, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions to reduce time-to-hire
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and ensure assessment consistency as teams scale
• Analyze hiring data including funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in recruiting strategy
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support employer branding initiatives within relevant talent communities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience with demonstrable full-cycle ownership, including sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing senior-level hires
• Proven ability to recruit across both technical and business functions with depth in go-to-market roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior hiring managers; comfortable redirecting stalled searches, challenging assumptions, and delivering difficult market intelligence without damaging relationships
• Track record of building and maintaining pipelines of both active and passive candidates, with successful offers closed
• Data fluency with ability to build funnel analyses and use metrics to influence hiring strategy
• Credible business acumen to discuss discovery, roadmaps, metrics, and evaluate candidate impact stories
• Curious, research-oriented mindset with willingness to test new approaches and receive 360-degree feedback
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, global, diverse startup environments
• Strong attention to detail with tools and ATS management
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin with hybrid work flexibility
