About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client building next-generation productivity applications. They are seeking a Head of Strategy and Product to join their leadership team in Australia.

This is a high-impact role working directly with founders and core teams to drive the most critical initiatives across the organization. You'll operate at the intersection of product, operations, business development, and strategic planning—solving complex problems and building new capabilities as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to identify and solve critical business and product challenges
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and organizational capabilities to support company growth
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through successful delivery
• Research and evaluate new markets, product opportunities, and potential business developments
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve how the organization functions
• Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
