About This Position
This full-time General Manager role oversees all aspects of our Wayne, PA Domino's store at 128 W Lancaster Ave. You'll be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. This position demands a hands-on leader who excels at balancing strategic planning with active involvement in the restaurant environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage all store operations including scheduling, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Lead and develop a team of delivery drivers, pizza makers, and customer service representatives
- Ensure food safety compliance, quality standards, and health regulations are consistently met
- Drive revenue growth through staff training, exceptional customer service, and targeted initiatives
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment functionality, and facility standards
- Monitor financial performance and optimize labor and supply costs to meet targets
- Address customer concerns and resolve operational challenges with professionalism and speed
What We're Looking For
- Proven restaurant or store management experience
