About This Position

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Fernley Domino's restaurant. In this part-time role, you'll handle customer interactions with professionalism and care, making sure each person feels valued from their first call to delivery completion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming customer calls efficiently
• Take and enter food orders accurately into our ordering system
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly
• Communicate order details to kitchen and delivery team members
• Keep the service area organized and ready for the next shift
• Adhere to all company standards and procedures
