Fullstack Developer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization building a specialized B2B platform in Germany. As a Fullstack Developer, you will:

• Develop core ERP modules including inventory management, batch order processing, digital prescription workflows, and role-based dashboards across the full technology stack
• Build and maintain API integrations connecting clients with telemedicine platforms and shipping providers
• Ensure audit security, comprehensive logging, and GDPR compliance are properly implemented throughout the codebase
• Write maintainable, tested code and participate actively in code reviews while helping evolve development standards
• Maintain focus on scalability to ensure the platform performs reliably as transaction volumes increase

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency with React on the frontend and Node.js (NestJS) on the backend, using JavaScript/TypeScript throughout
• Solid experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Proven experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks)
• Very good German language skills required for this Cologne-based role
