Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Next.js, React.js, or Angular
• Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces using front-end CSS frameworks like Tailwind and Bootstrap
• Write clear, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability, security, and performance
• Write unit and integration tests to validate functionality and ensure components meet requirements
• Write clear API documentation, including usage guides and code examples
• Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in frontend development
• Propose innovative solutions to improve performance, security, scalability, and maintainability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer or Software Engineer
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with modern frameworks and libraries like React.js or Angular
• Strong understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem, architecture, and integration with third-party libraries
• Basic understanding of Open API specifications
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Bonus skills (added advantage):

• Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP
• Knowledge of database technologies including ORMs, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, or API keys
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
