Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (Oregon)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization that serves neurodivergent adults across the United States. We are recruiting Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Oregon to provide virtual therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent clients.

This is a remote telehealth role offering both full-time (25+ client hours weekly) and part-time (15+ client hours weekly) options. You will set your own schedule between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week, with no mandatory evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth to autistic and neurodivergent adults
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT in clinical practice
• Maintain a caseload of 15-25+ clients depending on part-time or full-time status
• Complete clinical documentation in electronic health record systems
• Participate in peer consultation sessions and monthly case conferences
• Deliver neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered care
• Communicate effectively with clients and clinical team via telehealth platforms and messaging tools

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active, independent mental health license in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT)
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adult populations
• Comfort using technology platforms including Zoom, EHR systems, and Slack
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to client-centered, affirming care practices

Preferred:

• Prior telehealth or virtual care experience
• Background in neurodiversity-affirming approaches
• Experience serving traditionally underserved populations

Most clinicians build their ideal caseload within 4-6 weeks of starting. The organization offers 50% reimbursement for late cancellations and no-shows, and pays every two weeks on a W2 basis.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: This is a W2 per-session compensation model ranging from $55-$60 USD per session. Your income grows with your caseload and session volume, with guaranteed reimbursement (50%) during no-shows and late cancellations. Payment is issued every two weeks for sessions provided.
