Women’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Pennsylvania

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential telehealth organization focused on women's mental health. We are seeking a Women's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania to support virtual care delivery for patients during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopausal transitions.

This part-time contractor role (5-20 hours per week) allows you to work flexibly while making a meaningful impact on maternal mental health access and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits via telehealth for patients experiencing mental health conditions during the perinatal period or perimenopause/menopause
• Provide pre-conception medication consultations and psychoeducation for individuals on psychotropic medications who are trying to conceive
• Perform asynchronous caseload consultations through review of clinical information and medical records, focusing on new patients or those not improving under current treatment
• Complete documentation for case consultations and direct patient visits within 24 hours
• Collaborate with care managers to oversee patient caseload status and population health using registry tools
• Provide educational support to the care team on diagnosing and managing behavioral health conditions
• Be available for occasional ad hoc consultations with OB providers during normal business hours
• Maintain professional communication channels and respond to consultations within two business days

What We're Looking For

• Active psychiatric nurse practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• Ability to practice independently without supervision in Pennsylvania
• Active DEA license in Pennsylvania
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner certification issued by ANCC
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude
• Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric data and formulate evidence-based clinical recommendations
• Passion for improving perinatal or perimenopause mental healthcare delivery, particularly for vulnerable populations
• Experience or strong interest in perinatal or perimenopause mental health and collaborative care models
