Founders Associate Intern (Q1 2027)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate technology venture at its earliest stage. As Founders Associate Intern, you will work directly with leadership on the most critical aspects of building the organization from the ground up.

• Support deal screening, market research, and competitive analysis
• Contribute to investor materials including pitch decks, teasers, and data room preparation
• Research and prepare inputs for financial modeling and business planning
• Provide organizational and strategic support around entity formation, contracts, and group structure development
• Take ownership of clearly defined projects independently once onboarded

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field at a leading university (e.g., WHU, HHL, EBS, Mannheim, Frankfurt School, St. Gallen, or equivalent)
• Fast thinker who works in a structured manner and requires minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience using AI tools efficiently is valued
• Prior exposure to real estate, venture capital, or financial modeling is a plus but not required
• Practical experience through internships, working student roles, or personal projects carries more weight than semester count alone
• Business-fluent German and English
• Motivated by responsibility and eager to contribute immediately
• Bonus: familiarity with real estate markets, financial metrics, or industry trends

Internship details: Q1 2027 start, 3–6 months flexible duration, Düsseldorf (hybrid), voluntary or mandatory internship both possible
