About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential bakery retail organization in Kaiserslautern, Rheinland-Pfalz. Our client is seeking a Filialleitung (Store Manager) to lead their location and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations and team performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kaiserslautern for a candidate who thrives in a customer-facing leadership role within the food retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in active sales and ensure smooth daily operations of the store location
• Take responsibility for maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent adherence to all internal company guidelines
• Manage, motivate, and develop your team while creating shift schedules and vacation plans
• Coordinate staffing requirements in close collaboration with senior management
• Ensure compliance with all statutory hygiene regulations, workplace safety standards, and quality requirements
• Represent our client's brand values and regional market position through your daily leadership

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or proven professional experience in bakery retail, food retail, or general retail sales
• Ideally, initial leadership experience (e.g., as shift leader or deputy manager)
• Strong passion for sales and customer consultation
• Goal- and results-oriented thinking and working style
• Friendly, communicative, and motivating demeanor
• High resilience, flexibility, and a reliable, committed approach to work
• German language proficiency required for customer service and team leadership
