Field Sales Manager (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Berlin that's scaling rapidly across the German market. We're seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join their commercial team and drive customer acquisition in the solar energy sector.

This is a field-based sales role where you'll meet clients directly, assess technical requirements, and close complex energy solution deals. You'll work with a diverse, motivated team while contributing to Germany's energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and present innovative energy solutions
• Capture technical specifications from prospective clients to assess project feasibility
• Continuously expand your customer base by building and maintaining a strong professional network
• Convert proposals into signed contracts through consultative sales conversations
• Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with your sales leader
• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience selling complex solutions, ideally in field sales or outside sales roles
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, communicative personality
• Results-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Proven ability to work independently with high intrinsic motivation
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Business-fluent German language skills (written and verbal)
• Interest in personal development and career progression
