Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, managing professional communication for complex technical matters related to solar installations
• Process customer complaints and claims, analyzing each situation and developing appropriate solutions in collaboration with technical departments
• Coordinate cross-functional teamwork to ensure proper completion, improvement, or correction of photovoltaic systems
• Provide empathetic, solution-oriented customer support, maintaining transparent communication about case status and prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Independently follow up on open cases, thoroughly document all actions, and guide each process through to successful resolution

• High resilience and ability to maintain professionalism during challenging or conflict-laden customer situations
• Open, friendly, and communicative personality capable of building trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong advocacy skills to represent customer needs to technical departments while maintaining collaborative working relationships

• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based position
