About the Role
As a Facilities Custodian with Compass Group, North America, you will help maintain a clean and well-kept environment at our Mineral, Louisa County location (500 Haley Drive – CAB BLDG 09, Mineral, VA 23117). This is a part-time, on-site position with shifts that generally run from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., though days may vary. Additional scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial and janitorial duties to keep facilities tidy and presentable.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, floors, and work surfaces.
- Empty waste receptacles and replenish supplies as needed.

- Support a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation
This part-time Facilities Custodian role offers an hourly pay range of $14.50 to $17.50 per hour.
