The Opportunity

PRISM+ is seeking detail-oriented individuals to conduct mystery shopping assessments across diverse business establishments in the Malacca region. As a mystery shopper, you'll experience businesses as a regular customer, then provide critical feedback on what works and what needs improvement. Your honest evaluations directly shape how companies refine their customer experience, service standards, and operational excellence. This role suits professionals who enjoy fieldwork, value independence, and take pride in thorough observation and reporting.

Your Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail locations, restaurants, or service centres and interact with staff as a regular customer
• Observe and evaluate customer service quality, staff behaviour, store cleanliness, product availability, and adherence to company standards
• Document detailed observations during and immediately after each visit, noting specific interactions and experiences
• Complete comprehensive mystery shopping reports following structured guidelines and submission deadlines
• Maintain objectivity and confidentiality throughout all assignments
• Provide photographic evidence where required, using your mobile device or camera
• Communicate any concerns or unusual findings to the PRISM+ team promptly
