Field Marketing and Retail Intern (Events & Activation)

Join PRISM+ as a Field Marketing and Retail Intern (Events & Activation) based in Singapore. This is a full-time internship opportunity for someone passionate about experiential marketing, customer engagement, and retail activation campaigns.

What This Role Involves

As a Field Marketing and Retail Intern focused on Events & Activation, you will gain hands-on experience in executing and supporting marketing initiatives that bring brands to life in retail environments. Working alongside the field marketing team, you'll be involved in planning and delivering in-store activations, promotional events, and customer engagement programmes across Singapore. This role combines strategic thinking with practical execution, giving you exposure to the full lifecycle of retail marketing campaigns.

Core Duties

• Support the planning, setup, and execution of in-store product demonstrations and promotional events
• Coordinate retail activations including display installation, materials management, and brand consistency checks
• Engage directly with customers at retail locations, communicating product benefits and gathering feedback
• Assist with event logistics such as venue setup, crowd management, and post-event breakdown
• Document campaign activities through photography, notes, and observation to inform performance analysis
• Support retail teams with product placement, stock rotation, and merchandising during activations
• Communicate between marketing and retail partners to ensure smooth execution of events and activations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect easily with diverse customer groups
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for marketing, retail operations, and customer-facing event work
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings as event schedules demand
• Proactive, organised mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort working in busy retail environments and delivering under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools
