Your role will involve building lasting customer relationships and driving sales through genuine product knowledge and outstanding service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs to recommend appropriate PRISM+ products and solutions
• Demonstrate product features and capabilities, helping customers understand technical specifications and benefits
• Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store environment reflects PRISM+ brand standards
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management to maintain product availability
• Achieve personal and team sales targets through consistent, ethical selling practices
• Address customer enquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inviting, well-organised shopping environment
