Corporate Communications Manager

Arctic Wolf Networks is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our team in the United States. As the voice of our organization, you'll shape how the world understands our mission to protect enterprises through advanced security solutions.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll lead the strategic direction of internal and external communications, ensuring clear messaging across all organizational touchpoints. This role reports to senior leadership and sits at the intersection of company vision and market perception, requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Create original content for media releases, thought leadership pieces, website messaging, employee communications, and executive positioning
• Manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry analysts to drive earned media coverage
• Coordinate brand messaging across departments and maintain consistency in tone, voice, and key narratives
• Plan and execute communications for company events, product announcements, and organizational milestones
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and stakeholder sentiment to inform messaging strategy
• Develop and oversee crisis communication protocols and serve as a key organizational contact during sensitive situations
• Translate complex initiatives from product, engineering, and sales teams into clear, compelling narratives for target audiences

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional communications experience in corporate, agency, technology, or security-focused organizations
• Demonstrated expertise writing for diverse audiences—from C-suite executives to industry media and external stakeholders
• Track record developing and executing communications strategies, not just delivering tactical work
• Experience with media relations, press release distribution, and earned media placement
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple communications initiatives concurrently
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity industry landscape and terminology (or strong ability to acquire it)
• Excellent interpersonal and influence skills; ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
• Proficiency with communications platforms, content management systems, and standard business software
