Product Manager

PRISM+ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you'll drive the strategic direction and execution of our products, leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that delight our users and drive business growth.

Position Summary

As Product Manager at PRISM+, you'll own the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of technology, design, and business, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define what we build and why. What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and user needs
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications that guide engineering and design teams
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Monitor product performance using data and analytics; optimise based on user feedback and business metrics
• Prioritise features and initiatives to maximise impact on user satisfaction and business objectives
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, decisions, and learnings regularly

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a software, SaaS, or technology environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data to inform decisions
• Experience working with technical teams and ability to communicate clearly across disciplines
• Proven track record of shipping products or features from concept to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Experience conducting user research, user testing, or gathering customer feedback
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies
• A proactive mindset with comfort in fast-paced, collaborative environments
