About the Role

As a Legal Assistant with the Law Offices of James F. Aspell, P.C., you will be the organizational backbone of a fast-paced legal team. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Farmington, Washington County, scheduled at 37.5 hours per week with pay of $23 per hour. We are searching for a dependable, detail-focused professional who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes real pride in getting the small things right.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, manage, and close client files accurately throughout each case lifecycle
• Keep the office organized and ensure daily operations flow without disruption
• Support attorneys and staff on workers' compensation and social security matters
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, courts, and outside parties
• Maintain careful records, scheduling, and documentation with strong attention to detail
