About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you are essential to the daily housekeeping operations that keep our property fresh, safe, and comfortable. You will work with a supportive team to ensure each room meets the high standards our guests expect.
What You'll Do
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock linens, towels, toiletries, and room supplies according to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance needs and promptly report issues to the appropriate team.
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner, delivering items such as extra pillows or blankets.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
- Assist laundry and public‑area staff when needed to maintain smooth hotel operations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
