Core Duties
- Identify and qualify prospects through prospecting, referrals, and market analysis
- Conduct site assessments and consultations to understand client needs and project specifications
- Present flooring solutions with tailored recommendations aligned to budget and design intent
- Negotiate contracts, manage terms, and close sales across the pipeline
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and client communication records
- Coordinate with installation and delivery teams to ensure project completion and client satisfaction
- Track competitor offerings and market conditions to refine sales approach
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B or consultative sales experience in flooring, materials, or construction
- Deep product knowledge of flooring types, installation methods, and durability standards
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
- Self-directed and target-focused, with track record of exceeding sales goals
- CRM proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Local market knowledge of Singapore's building and design sectors is advantageous
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
