• Handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Collaborating with the team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

• Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients
• Managing client communications and updates
• Updating and maintaining client records in our database
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client needs and progress
