Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Expertise in software testing methodologies and practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of quality engineers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
