Academy of Digital Industries is hiring a Contract Expansion Manager to build and scale our digital education platform in the Czech Republic. This remote opportunity combines business development, leadership, and market strategy as you establish our presence from the ground up.

About the Role

As our Expansion Manager for the Czech market, you'll take ownership of launching a full-scale educational operation in a region with growing demand for career-focused digital training. This isn't a traditional corporate management position—it's entrepreneurial market building. You'll navigate uncertainty, seize opportunities, and drive growth by shaping strategy, assembling a team, and acquiring students. Working remotely while partnering closely with our core leadership, you'll be the local owner of a business that transforms how professionals develop digital skills in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Czech Republic operation, owning the market strategy from launch through profitability
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan that attracts students and builds brand recognition locally
  • Recruit and manage a team spanning sales, marketing, operations, community engagement, and instruction
  • Drive student enrollment and revenue growth through effective sales execution and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Tailor course offerings and content to reflect local market preferences, skills gaps, and economic conditions
  • Oversee the Czech market budget, financial forecasts, and P&L performance, reporting progress to senior leadership
  • Build and nurture partnerships with employers, educational institutions, media, and industry bodies
  • Monitor course launches and market feedback, iterating rapidly to maximize impact and adoption
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and systemic risks, implementing solutions to ensure smooth scaling
  • Coordinate with global teams in Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations to align execution
  • Model and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the local team
